READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

Then position your baby, lying on his/her back, with his/her head on the side while holding it with your hand.

REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE CAP

Make sure your baby's head is not tilted back to avoid any risk of mis-driving then remove the protective cap.

BRIEFLY PRESS THE TIP 1 OR 2 TIMES

Gently insert the tip into one nostril while closing the other nostril with your finger. Briefly press the tip 1 to 2 times.

REPEAT WITH THE OTHER NOSTRIL

Leave it for a few minutes and then blow.
